Summary
Please enter an informative summary that specifies the problem. Please do not use meaningless summaries such as "Help!"
Type
The type of problem is required. Choose from the list.
Product
The product is required. Choose from the list.
Severity
If you are able to get around the problem by some other means, select 'Workaround' and provide some information on how your workaround works.
Date found
Enter when you found the problem. (Current date is selected by default.)
Version
It is important that our Application Engineers know which version of the tool you were using when the problem arose. Certain problems may be specific to a certain version and may have been fixed in a subsequent version.
CodeName
To retrieve the license server Code Name:
In a web browser, browse to http://[servername]:3162 where [servername] is the name of your SFLM license server. This should bring you to the SFLM License Server front end.
At the bottom of the page you will find a list of information about your license server:
- SFLM Server
- Machine IDs
- Redundant Groups
- License Files
- Version
Your license server Code Name is the machine ID, a string of characters beginning with '0SSMID.'

Please let us know whether or not the problem is repeatable. If it can be reproduced, it will be easier to solve.
